Returns & Refunds Policy

At Turbo Trikes, we partner with premium manufacturers to bring you top-tier equipment. Because we ship high-value, heavy items directly from our brand partners’ warehouses, our return policy is strictly aligned with their specific guidelines. We aim to be completely transparent about this process so you can make your purchase with confidence.

Order Inspection & Damages

We stand behind the quality of our products. Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the incorrect unit, we will make it right at no cost to you.

Action Required: You must report damage or defects within 48 hours of delivery by emailing returns@turbotrikes.com. Please include your order number and clear photos or video of the damage. We will coordinate directly with the manufacturer to issue a repair or replacement immediately.

Standard Returns (Change of Mind)

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, returns for eligible brands are accepted within 14 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and unassembled.
  • Free of any damage or wear.
  • In its original, undamaged packaging with all manuals and accessories included.

Important Note on Costs: Returning large, heavy equipment such as electric trikes is logistics-heavy and expensive. If you choose to return a non-defective item, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

  • Return Freight: Shipping costs typically range from $150 to $300 per item, depending on the carrier and model. This amount will be deducted from your final refund.
  • Handling Fees: Certain manufacturers enforce a transaction or handling fee of up to 6%, which will also be deducted from the refund amount.

Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale)

Due to strict manufacturer restrictions, specific items are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned unless they arrive defective. These include:

  • Sixthreezero Brand Products: All sales are final.
  • Accessories & Batteries: Cannot be returned if the packaging has been opened.
  • Used Items: Any item that has been assembled, ridden, or is missing original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return

To ensure your return is processed correctly, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email returns@turbotrikes.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Approval: We will verify if your item is eligible based on the specific brand’s policy.
  3. Authorization: If approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct warehouse address. Please do not ship items back without an RMA, as they may be rejected or lost.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received at the warehouse, it will be inspected to ensure it is in new condition. We will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days, minus the return shipping and handling fees outlined above.
