Shipping Policy At Turbo Trikes, we understand that purchasing high-performance equipment is an investment. We take logistics seriously and have partnered with top-tier domestic carriers to ensuring your order arrives safely and on time. We aim to keep you informed at every step of the fulfillment process.
Shipping Costs We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders within the contiguous 48 United States. The price you see is the price you pay—no hidden shipping fees at checkout.
Shipping Coverage Area We currently ship exclusively to the contiguous 48 United States. At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or international locations. Due to the size and nature of our products, we are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes or military APO/FPO addresses.
Order Confirmation As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. We immediately review your order to verify that the item is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will reach out to you via email to discuss updated timelines or alternatives.
Order Processing Time Once your order is verified and payment is processed, our team begins preparing your shipment. Please allow 2–5 business days for handling. During this time, your product is selected, quality-checked, and packed for safe transport.
Shipment Notification & Tracking When your order leaves the warehouse, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to become active in the carrier’s system. If you do not receive tracking information within six business days of your order, please contact our support team.
Shipping Carriers & Freight We utilize a network of trusted carriers including FedEx, UPS, USPS, and specialized freight partners to deliver your order.
- Standard Shipments: Smaller items will arrive via standard ground service (FedEx/UPS/USPS).
- Freight Shipments: Large or heavy units—such as full-size trikes—will be shipped via freight carrier. For these orders, the shipping company will contact you by phone to schedule a delivery appointment. Please ensure the phone number provided at checkout is accurate. Please note: Freight shipments are Curbside Delivery only. The driver will unload the item at the curb but cannot bring it inside your home or garage.
Estimated Delivery Time We aim for transparency regarding when your product will arrive.
- Transit Time: Once the carrier picks up your package, transit typically takes 4–7 business days.
- Total Delivery Time: Considering both handling and transit, you can generally expect your order to arrive within 6–12 business days of placing it.
Delays & Exceptions While we strive to meet these timelines, external factors such as weather, high carrier volume, or supply chain constraints can occasionally cause delays. If we encounter any significant delays with your specific order, we will proactively notify you via email so you are never left guessing.
